摘　　要：《鬼谷子》是先秦时期的重要经典,也是纵横家第一部经验和理论著作,在古代思想文化史上占有独特的位置.在历史传承过程中,因其实用主义伦理学、拘执于名利权谋的生命观,也备受争议.它以游说术为核心议题,通过对言语交际、公共外交策略的解析,形成了一套自成体系的政治思想和道德哲学,尤其在游说修辞术的本体论、方法论及效果论诸维度,有着独到的阐发和特殊的理解.这些口头传播艺术和实用性论说技巧,对于技术逻辑主导的现代社会,依然具有多方面的实践价值.Gui Gu Zi is an important classic in the pre-Qin period,and also the first experience and theoretical work of the strategists,which occupies a unique position in the history of ancient thought and culture.In the process of historical inheritance,because of its pragmatism ethics,seriously to fame and fortune Machiavellian life view,also is controversial.It uses canvassing tactics as the core issue.Through the analysis of verbal communication and public diplomacy strategies,it has formed a set of self-contained political thought and moral philosophy,especially in the ontology,methodology and effect of canvassing tactics,which has unique elucidation and special understanding.These oral arts and practicality argument skills still have many practical values for the modern society dominated by the technological logic.
