摘　　要：共同性斜视是以眼位偏斜和双眼视觉功能障碍为特征的常见眼科病。近年来,随着对共同性斜视研究的深入,调节集合功能在斜视发生发展中的作用逐渐凸显出来。现有研究表明调节集合作用在不同类型共同性斜视发生发展中有着不同作用和表现,对临床诊疗有指导意义。现对斜视发生发展过程中调节集合功能的作用进行阐述。Concomitant strabismus is a common ophthalmic disease characterized by ocular deviation and binocular visual dysfunction.In recent years,with the deepening of the research on concomitant strabismus,the role of accommodation and convergence function in the development of strabismus has been highlighted.Existing studies have shown that accommodation and convergence have different roles and manifestations in the occurrence and development of different types of concomitant strabismus,which has guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper aims to elaborate on the role of accommodation and convergence function in the occurrence and development of strabismus.
