摘 要:目的:观察分析应用EndoArt^(■)人工角膜内皮层膜片治疗角膜内皮失代偿引发的持续性角膜水肿的初步疗效。方法:回顾性系列病例研究。收集2023年3—9月于海南(博鳌)国际眼视光眼科医院就诊且行EndoArt^(■)人工角膜内皮层膜片移植手术治疗角膜内皮失代偿的病例。整理患者术前及术后的裸眼视力(UCVA)、眼压、中央角膜厚度(CCT)及视觉模拟评分相关数据资料,观察患者膜片贴附稳定性,记录因膜片植入产生的不良反应及其他相关并发症。随访6个月。结果:共4例(4眼)接受手术,所有手术均顺利完成,且在随访期间,人工角膜内皮层膜片均稳定贴附,未发生因膜片植入产生的不良反应及其他并发症。所有患者术后眼压未见明显波动,部分患者术后UCVA可见提高。4例患者CCT较术前均出现不同程度的下降,角膜持续水肿状态得以好转。其中,有2例患者因前房炎症反应,在随访期间出现波动性角膜水肿,药物治疗后得以好转。视觉模拟评分提示,4例患者自觉术后眼痛症状明显缓解。结论:EndoArt^(■)人工角膜内皮层膜片治疗角膜内皮失代偿引发的角膜持续性水肿有效。Objective:To observe the efficacy of EndoArt^(■)artificial corneal endothelial membrane in the treatment of corneal edema caused by corneal endothelial decompensation.Methods:In this retrospective case series study,patients with corneal edema caused by corneal endothelial decompensation who received endothelial transplantation surgery by EndoArt^(■)artificial corneal endothelial membrane at Hainan(Bo'ao)International Ophthalmology Hospital,from March 2023 to September 2023 were selected.Data related to preoperative and postoperative,including uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),central corneal thickness(CCT),and visual analogue scale(VAS)were collected.The stability of EndoArt^(■)attachment,adverse reactions caused by membrane implantation,and other related complications were recorded.The follow-up period were 6 months.Results:Four patients(4 eyes)underwent surgery in total.All surgeries were successfully completed.During the follow-up period,the artificial corneal endothelial membranes were all stably attached,without any adverse reactions or other complications caused by membrane implantation.After operation,all patients showed no fluctuations in IOP,and some patients shows that UCVA significantly improved.The CCT of all patients decreased significantly compared to baseline,and the persistent corneal edema state was restored.Among them,two patients experienced fluctuating corneal edema during the follow-up period due to anterior chamber inflammation.And after drug treatment,corneal edema was recovered.The VAS indicated that all patients consciously experienced significant relief of pain symptoms of eyes.Conclusion:EndoArt^(■)artificial corneal endothelial membrane is effective in treating persistent corneal edema caused by corneal endothelial decompensation.
