摘 要:目的探讨翻转教学法在肿瘤科实习教学中的应用效果。方法将在肿瘤科实习的2017级临床本科70名同学随机分为两组,试验组36人、对照组34人。试验组采用翻转教学模式,对照组采用常规教学模式,于出科考试后比较两组同学的考核成绩以及对带教学习的满意度。结果出科考试后试验组同学考核成绩、对教学满意度均明显高于同时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤科实习学生采用翻转教学法,可以有效提高理论知识掌握水平、实践操作水平及病历书写能力,同时能提升实习生对教学的满意度,提高教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching method in oncology internship teaching.Methods 70 clinical undergraduates students from the 2017 grade,who were undergoing oncology internships,were randomly divided into two groups:an experimental group with 36 students and a control group with 34 students.The experimental group used the flipped classroom teaching model,while the control group used the traditional teaching model.After the end-of-rotation examination,the examination scores and satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups of students.Results After the end-of-rotation examination,the examination scores and satisfaction with teaching in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the flipped classroom teaching method for oncology internship students can effectively improve their mastery of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and medical record writing ability.It also enhances the students'satisfaction with teaching and improves teaching effectiveness.
