摘　　要：笔者总结1例脾脓肿伴地中海贫血患者并发门静脉血栓的围手术期管理经验,旨在为相关治疗提供参考。该患者经多学科全程管理,落实集束化抗感染方案,进行个性化血栓管理,关注患者心理健康,做好延续性护理,协助居家管理。患者经一系列治疗和围手术期管理后,病情好转,入院后42 d顺利出院。The authors summarize the perioperative management provided to a splenic abscess patient with Mediterranean anemia complicated by portal vein thrombosis.Key aspects of perioperative management include multidisciplinary comprehensive management of the patient,implementation of a bundled infection control program,personalized thrombosis management,attention to the patient′s psychological well-being,provision of continuous care,and assistance with home management.Following a series of treatments and perioperative management,the patient′s condi-tion was improved,and discharged after 42 days of hospitalization.
