摘 要:乳腺癌胃转移为少见的转移方式,因临床表现、内镜特点与原发性胃肿瘤极为相似,临床诊断困难。本文报告了1例乳腺浸润性导管癌胃转移患者应用18^(F)-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET-CT进行诊断的治疗经历。18^(F)-FDG PET-CT是乳腺癌诊断和疗效评价中常用的分子影像学方法,其优越性在于全身显像,可早期发现胃部病变。核医学诊断医师在报告时应充分考虑乳腺癌胃转移存在的可能性,及时引导临床医师结合活检病理免疫组化,以期做出明确诊断。Gastric metastasis of breast cancer is a rare mode of metastasis,and its clinical diagnosis is difficult because its clinical manifestations and endoscopic characteristics are very similar to those of primary gastric tumors.This article reported the experience of using 18^(F)fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)PET-CT for the diagnosis of gastric metastasis in a patient with breast invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.The 18^(F)-FDG PET-CT is a commonly used molecular imaging method in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer.Its advantage lies in systemic imaging,which can detect gastric lesions in early stage.Nuclear medicine diagnosticians should fully consider the possibility of this diagnosis when reporting,and timely guide clinicians to make a definite diagnosis based on biopsy pathology and immunohistochemistry.
