摘　　要：To the Editor:Acute necrotizing encephalopathy(ANE)is a rare but often devastating neurologic disorder in children.[1]Hereditary susceptibility and cytokine storm play important roles in ANE pathogenesis,[2,3]but the specific molecular biological mechanism is unclear.
