左趾恶性黑色素瘤术后多脏器转移1例诊治

摘　　要：恶性黑色素瘤消化道转移临床罕见。本文介绍1例以便血就诊于中国人民解放军海军特色医学中心消化内科的病例诊治过程。该患者既往有左趾恶性黑色素瘤手术,结合内镜、病理、影像学等检查,最终确诊为恶性黑色素瘤术后全胃、十二指肠、大肠、肺、脑转移。Gastrointestinal metastasis of malignant melanoma is rare in clinic.This paper reported the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of hematochezia in the Department of Gastroenterology of the PLA Naval Medical Center.The patient had previous surgery for malignant melanoma in left toe.Combined with endoscopy,pathology and imaging examinations,he was finally diagnosed as malignant melanoma with extensive metastases to whole stomach,duodenum,large intestine,lung and brain after surgery.
