摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟演练结合形成性评价在手术室实习生带教中的作用。方法选取2019年4月至2020年3月接收的手术室实习生86人,按照实习先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,各43人。对照组采用传统的临床带教,研究组采用情景模拟演练结合形成性评价的临床带教。比较两组实习后理论知识与操作技能考核成绩、实习前后临床综合能力变化及对教学的认可度。运用SPSS 25.0进行t检验和卡方检验。结果实习后研究组的理论知识与操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习前两组专业知识运用能力、健康教育能力、基础技能操作、专业技能操作、评估诊断能力、处理信息能力、沟通交流能力、应变能力、团队合作能力、职业态度各项评分和总分差异均无统计学意义。实习后上述评分和总分均较实习前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组上述评分和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对教学的总认可度[93.02%(40/43)]高于对照组[76.74%(36/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟演练结合形成性评价的带教方法应用于手术室医师实习中,能提高实习生对理论知识和操作技能的掌握水平、临床综合能力及对教学的认可度。Objective To explore the role of scenario simulation exercise combined with formative assessment in the teaching of operating room interns.Methods A total of 86 interns received by the operating room from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the order of internship,with 43 interns in each group.Traditional clinical teaching was used in the control group,and the clinical teaching of scenario simulation exercise combined with formative assessment was used in the study group.The assessment results of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,the changes of clinical comprehensive ability before and after practice and the recognition of teaching were compared between the two groups.SPSS 25.0 was used for t test and chi-square test.Results After practice,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the scores and total scores of professional knowledge application ability,health education ability,basic skill operation,professional skill operation,evaluation and diagnosis ability,information processing ability,communication and communication ability,adaptability,teamwork ability and professional attitude of the two groups before the internship.After the internship,the above scores and total scores were higher than those before the internship,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total recognition rate of teaching in study group(93.02%,40/43)was higher than that in the control group(76.74%,36/43),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of scenario simulation exercise combined with formative assessment applied to the practice of physicians in the operating room can significantly improve the mastery level of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,clinical comp
