摘　　要：目的了解结核科护士叙事护理知识、态度、行为现状并探讨其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样法选取全国17个省市41所医院共1791名结核科护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、临床护士叙事护理知识、态度、行为问卷进行横断面调查。结果结核科护士叙事护理知识、态度、行为得分分别为(24.78±5.04)分、(32.86±5.05)分、(31.37±5.44)分。不同学历、职称、职务以及家庭关怀、同事关怀、领导关怀程度其叙事护理得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,职务(t=3.081,P=0.002)、家庭关怀程度(t=-2.519,P=0.012)、领导关怀程度(t=-5.039,P<0.001)是影响结核科护士叙事护理知信行的重要因素。结论结核科护士叙事护理知识掌握较好,叙事护理态度较积极,但叙事护理行为相对欠缺,护理管理者应针对性开展多种形式教育及培训,创造良好的关怀环境,提升护士叙事护理能力。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude,and practice towards narrative nursing among tuberculosis department nurses and explore the influencing factors.Methods A total of 1791 tuberculosis department nurses from 41 hospitals in 17 provinces and cities across China were selected by multi-stage sampling as the survey subjects.A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a general data questionnaire and the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Survey of Clinical Nurses on Narrative Nursing.Results The scores of narrative nursing knowledge,attitude,and practice of tuberculosis department nurses were(24.78±5.04),(32.86±5.05),and(31.37±5.44),respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of narrative nursing among different educational backgrounds,professional titles,positions,and levels of family care,colleague care,and leader care(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that position(t=3.081,P=0.002),family care level(t=-2.519,P=0.012),and leadership care level(t=-5.039,P<0.001)were the main factors affecting the narrative nursing knowledge,attitude,and practice of tuberculosis department nurses.Conclusion Tuberculosis department nurses have a good grasp of narrative nursing knowledge and a positive attitude towards narrative nursing,but they have a lack of narrative nursing practice.Nursing managers should carry out various forms of education and training to create a good caring environment and improve nurses'narrative ability.
