摘　　要：N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors belongs to the family of ionotropic glutamate receptors. NMDA receptors are involved in neuronal outgrowth, study, memory and lesion;NMDA receptors also have important role in digestion, respiration and so on. We will have a review about NMDA receptors’ role in respiration.
