摘  要:With the national education policy in March 2014, through the development of "student development core literacy system" to deepen the curriculum reform of basic education, the "core literacy" has rapidly become a hot topic in the field of basic education. From the perspective of education humanism theory, sustainable development theory and multiple intelligence theory, students' self-study is the key to open the treasure house of knowledge and erudite and rich knowledge mainly comes from self-study. In the secondary vocational English class, students' self-study plays a key role. Cultivating students' self-learning ability is a key step to promote education progress, which will make teaching results twice the result with half the effort.
