Effect of Transparent Cap Assisted Endoscopic Injection of Polyglycol Sclerosing Agent on Internal Hemorrhoids

摘　　要：Objective: to study the effectiveness of hemorrhoid treatment by injecting liver cirrhosis agent under the hood. Methods: from January 2020 to December 2020, 50 patients with hemorrhoids were treated in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups by envelope method. The control group provided routine treatment, while the experimental group was treated with transparent cover under the endoscope of polyethylene injection hardener. The symptoms before and after treatment, the time of defecation pain disappearance and the time of blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results: the analysis of symptoms, the relief of pain during defecation, the reduction of bleeding time in the laboratory group were significantly different from those in the control group (n < 0.05). Conclusion: using transparent cap to treat hemorrhoids patients. Injection of polyvinyl alcohol can improve and accelerate the disease.
