Clinical Value of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Methods: 100 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital in recent years were selected as the basic research object, and different treatment methods were adopted for the patients, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group. There were 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with clopidogrel. The treatment effect was mainly to observe whether the cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients had changed, and record the relevant abnormal conditions. Results: it was found that the treatment with aspirin had obvious improvement, and the cardiac function index of the patients had been greatly improved, and the treatment effect was relatively significant. The clinical application of this method for treatment had obvious effect on reducing the incidence of cardiac infarction in patients, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), which could be popularized and used.
