摘　　要：In recent years, with the vigorous development of China's economy, small and medium-sized enterprises, as the backbone of China's national economy, have made indelible contributions to China's economic development and social progress. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are often very successful in the initial stage of starting a business by virtue of their own flexible advantages. However, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy, SMEs often encounter obstacles to expand their scale and even face the crisis of bankruptcy. The reason is closely related to the weak internal control links of SMEs. The imperfect internal control mechanism and inadequate supervision will hinder the development of enterprises and even reduce the core competitiveness of enterprises to a great extent. Therefore, the improvement of internal control system should be highly valued by small and medium-sized enterprises.
