Application of Glucocorticoid Combined with Terbutaline in the Treatment of Patients with AECOPD

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the value of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods: 76 patients with AECOPD were divided into two groups, the control group was treated with terbutaline sulfate alone, and the observation group was treated with terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid. Results: the total effective rate and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline is effective in the treatment of patients with AECOPD. Inflammatory factors of the patients are inhibited and clinical symptoms are rapidly relieved.
