摘　　要：The preparation of the overall planning for the production of nuclear power plants can grasp the overall situation of production in general, scientifically and reasonably allocate the key work required to be completed in each stage, and reflect the integrity and planning of the production stage. It is also a very important part of the production of nuclear power plants and must be paid attention by all departments. The planning management involved in the production preparation stage needs to be discussed level by level to ensure the efficient operation of the subsequent nuclear power production preparation plan. This paper mainly discusses the overall planning management system of nuclear power production preparation, from the aspects of planning preparation, tracking management and optimization suggestions, etc., which provides a certain reference for the subsequent commissioning of new nuclear power plant projects.
