摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of individualized nursing on patients with mania. Methods: 100 patients with mania were divided into the control group and the experimental group. Differential nursing was given and different indexes were compared. Results: in all indexes, the experimental group was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion: individualized nursing intervention is worth popularizing and applying.
