Clinical Application of Colorectal Anastomosis with Natural Lumen in the Operation of Rectal Cancer

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the clinical application of colonic anastomosis in natural lumen specimens of rectal cancer surgery. Methods: 60 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2020 were selected, and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The control group included 29 patients who underwent traditional laparoscopy, and the observation group included 31 patients who underwent colorectal anastomosis and obtained specimens through natural cavity. The changes of surgical parameters, postoperative quality of life score and complication rate were observed. Results: there were significant differences in operation time and intraoperative bleeding between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05). There was significant difference in postoperative quality of life score between the observation group and the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the technique of colorectal anastomosis through natural lumen has satisfactory curative effect and high safety in the operation of rectal cancer. Compared with traditional laparoscopy, the overall health status is better and the postoperative recovery is faster, which has high clinical value.
