Application of MFP Technology in Qingdao Petrochemical Heavy-Duty Catalytic Unit and Preliminary Calibration Results

摘  要:This paper mainly introduces the revamping of Qingdao Petrochemical Company's 1.4 million tons/year heavy-lift unit with the latest MFP technology of CAST during the unit overhaul in 2020, as well as the preliminary application results. The results show that the propylene yield can be increased by 2.4 percentage points, isobutylene by 1.66 percentage points, and low-sulfur ship combustion can be increased by 9.36 percentage points after the revamping of the heavy-duty catalytic converter of Qingdao Petrochemical Company with MFP technology. The technology has obvious effect on high-yield propylene and low-sulfur ship combustion.
