摘　　要：Taking the intelligent improvement of hot-dip galvanizing production line as the object, the whole production line is upgraded through the accumulation and comparison of empirical data, so as to improve the intelligent, standardized and functional design of hot-dip galvanizing production line, improve the ability of hot-dip galvanizing enterprises in production cost, product quality and delivery date, and enhance the competitiveness of their products in the market, so as to obtain the ability of sustainable development.
