摘  要:In the process of China's rapid economic development, enterprises must change the previous concept of development and realize that talents are the decisive factors in the market competition. In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises must pay attention to the introduction and training of skilled talents. However, at present, enterprises do not pay enough attention to personnel training, and there are still many disadvantages. First of all, due to unreasonable personnel training and evaluation methods, the cost of personnel training rises, but good results cannot be obtained, which seriously affects the operation of enterprises. In the new era, we must combine modern management methods to improve the emphasis on the training of skilled personnel, and on the basis of combining with China's economic environment, give solutions to personnel training evaluation and training methods, and use scientific methods to optimize the effect of personnel training, so that skilled personnel can have rich professional knowledge and form strong practical ability under the professional training mode.
