Evaluation of the Effect of Clinical Pharmaceutical Care of Cephalosporins on Rational Drug Use

摘　　要：Objective: To study and analyze the intervention effect of cephalosporin clinical pharmaceutical care in promoting rational drug use. Methods: 90 patients receiving cephalosporin treatment were selected to participate in the study from September 2019 to September 2020. According to the differences in treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, and the study was completed together. The former received routine medication guidance, while the latter carried out clinical pharmaceutical care on the basis of the former intervention content. Irrational drug use and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results: the statistical data of irrational drug use showed that the total incidence of irrational drug use was lower in the observation group, and the total incidence of adverse drug reactions was also lower, compared with the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusions: clinical pharmaceutical care of cephalosporins has an ideal intervention effect in promoting rational drug use, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions on the basis of reducing irrational drug use, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
