Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Triple Therapy Combined with Rebamipide in the Treatment of Senile Peptic Gastric Ulcer

摘　　要：Objective: to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of triple therapy combined with rebapat in the treatment of elderly patients with peptic gastric ulcer. Methods: embase, PubMed, Cochrane library, CNKI, WangFangData and VIP databases were searched to collect RCTs of triple therapy combined with rebapat in the treatment of elderly peptic ulcer. RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis, and TSA 0.9 software was used for sequential analysis. Results: a total of 18 RCTs were included, including 1944 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that: ① the total effective rate, gastric ulcer recurrence rate and gastric mucosal morphology score of the triple therapy combined with rebapat group were superior to the triple therapy group (P < 0.00001). ② There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. TSA results show that the combination of triple therapy and rebapat can increase the response rate and the results are reliable. Conclusion: the efficacy of triple therapy combined with rebapat group in the treatment of elderly gastric ulcer is better than that of triple therapy group, and the recurrence rate is lower. However, due to the quality and quantity of the included studies, more high-quality studies are needed for verification.
