Study on Propofol Combined with Etomidate for Anesthesia in the Elderly

摘　　要：Objective: to study the effect of propofol and etomidate combined induction on anesthesia in the elderly. Methods: 80 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 40). The control group was given propofol for anesthesia induction and maintenance of etopofol combination. Patients were treated with etophenolate and maintenance group. Results: the anesthesia effect of observation group was better than control group (P<0.05). The eye opening time, spontaneous breathing recovery time and extubation time of rats in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: in elderly patients with general anesthesia, propofol combined with etomidate can obtain better anesthesia effect, patients with short postoperative recovery time, fewer complications, which is worth promoting.
