Efficacy Evaluation of Azacytidine Combined with Chemotherapy in Elderly Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the efficacy of azacytidine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia. Methods: the time of case determination was from January 2018 to January 2021, and the clinical cases were collected as elderly patients with MDS secondary acute myeloid leukemia who were admitted to hospital. A total of 27 cases were collected and randomly divided into 13 cases in the study group and 14 cases in the control group. Results: in this study, different treatment methods were used for intervention, and the treatment effect was compared between the study group and the control group. The results showed that the data were all less than <0.05;The incidence of different risk events was compared between study group and control group, and the results showed that all the data were less than <0.05. Conclusion: in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia secondary to MDS in the elderly, demethylation combined with venattok has a prominent therapeutic effect, which can be used for clinical promotion.
