摘　　要：Objective: to explore the influence of blood cervical exudative cell specimens on human papillomavirus DNA detection results. Methods: female blood cervical exudated cell specimens were randomly selected from our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020, and HPV DNA results were analyzed under different hemoglobin levels. When the hemoglobin level of HPV positive group was 2.5 and 5g/L, the HPV-DNA positive rate was 100%. HPV-DNA negative coincidence rates were 100% when HPV-negative hemoglobin was 0, 2.5, 5, 10 and 20g/L. The negative coincidence rate was 100%.
