摘　　要："One pass and three prevention" is not only related to the safety of the mine production, but also related to the life and health of underground workers. Gas, dust, fire dust and so on are the main factors of coal mining safety accidents. Optimize the mine ventilation system, ensure the safety of the staff, quickly discharge the existing toxic and harmful substances and gases out of the well, and create a good ventilation environment, so as to create good working conditions for the miners. Therefore, the work of "one pass and three preventions" plays an important role in coal mining. Only by comprehensively analyzing the risks and corresponding measures of "one pass and three preventions" can we ensure the mine safety production.
