Sedative and Analgesic Effects and Safety of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Anesthetics for Elderly Patients Undergoing ERCP

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the sedation, analgesia and safety of elderly patients undergoing ERCP through dexmedetomidine and anesthetics. Methods: 90 patients with ERCP in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups had analgesic effect. Results: compared the two groups, the sedation and analgesia score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the combined application of dexmedetomidine and anesthetics to elderly patients undergoing ERCP has the characteristics of good sedative and analgesic effects, and has high safety. It is recommended to use.
