摘 要:Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on continuous filtration of blood flow in bed in medical care. Methods: from January 2021 to September 2021, 54 patients with persistent bleeding in bed with CRRT in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Group A received routine nursing, and group B received comprehensive nursing intervention. The adverse mood and complications before and after breast-feeding were compared between the two groups. Results: the score of adverse emotional state was compared between the two groups before breast-feeding (P>0.05), and the score of adverse emotional state in group B was lower than that in group A after breast-feeding (P<0.05). There were no complications in group B (0.00%), 2 cases of infection and 1 case of cardiovascular complications in group A (11.11%).but the incidence was higher than that in the general care group, P> 0.05. The degree of compliance in the comprehensive care group was 96.3%, which was higher than that in the general care group (74.07%, P < 0.05). The recognition of comprehensive care group was 100.0%, higher than that of general care group 77.78% (P < 0.05). The sF-36 score in the comprehensive care group was 86.25±3.16 after treatment, higher than that in the general care group (77.39±4.01), P < 0.05. Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention for CRRT patients with continuous bedside hemofiltration is effective, can reduce patients' depression and anxiety, reduce bedside hemofiltration adverse events, and is beneficial to improve the degree of compliance and nursing recognition, and improve the quality of life.
