Effect Analysis of Gastrodin Combined with Betastine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Dizziness

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of gastrodin combined with betastine hydrochloride in patients with dizziness. Methods: 82 patients with dizziness in our hospital were analyzed from February 2020 to February 2021 by random number method. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different drug use, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with gastrodin, and the observation group was treated with gastrodin + betastine hydrochloride. The adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment were compared, and the final therapeutic effects were analyzed and compared. Results: in the observation group based on the combination of the two drugs, 27 patients were significantly effective, 11 patients were effective, 38 patients were total effective, the composition ratio was 92.68%;In the control group based on gastrodin alone, there were 25 cases of significant effect, 8 cases of effective patients, and 33 cases of total effective patients, with a composition ratio of 80.49%, and the results of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Based on the combination of the two drugs, there were 1 patients with dry mouth, stomach discomfort and palpitations, and the composition ratio of 3 cases of adverse reactions was 7.32%. Based on the control group using gastrodin alone, there were 2 cases of dry mouth, 3 cases of stomach discomfort, 3 cases of palpitations, and the composition ratio of 8 cases of adverse reactions was 19.51%, and the results of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion: for patients with dizziness, gastrodin combined with betastine hydrochloride has a better and more obvious effect, not only fast effect, significant therapeutic effect, and small adverse reactions, conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, therefore, can be widely used in clinical treatment.
