Clinical Evaluation of Mosapride Tablets Combined with Weifuchun Tablets in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

摘　　要：To explore the clinical effect of Mosapride tablets combined with Weifuchun tablets in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: 90 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who came to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected, and the patients were divided into reference group and observation group according to different treatment methods. 45 patients in the reference group were treated with Mosapride tablets;45 patients in the observation group were treated with Weifuchun tablets on the basis of the treatment in the reference group. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results: according to the data research results, the TCM syndrome score of the patients in the reference group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the observation group, and the comprehensive satisfaction of the patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the reference group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: mosapride tablet combined with Weifuchun tablet has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. It can reduce the body inflammation, significantly improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the hormone level. It is suggested to be comprehensively popularized and applied in clinical practice.
