Effect of Clopidogrel and Ticagrelor in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘　　要：Objective: To observe the efficacy of clopidogrel and ticaggrel in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into study group (40 cases, tigrel) and control group (40 cases, clopidogrel). The adverse reactions and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: In the comparison of adverse outcomes, the specific conditions were as follows: in the control group, 1 case had mild bleeding, 1 case had rash, and 1 case had gastrointestinal discomfort. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in control group was 0.75%. No adverse drug reactions were found in the study group, and the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =2.491, P=0.115) (P>0.05). The results were as follows: The platelet count of the study group was 127.49±58.37x109/ L, and that of the control group was 197.31±77.38x109/L, the difference was statistically significant (T =4.556, P=0.001) (P<0.05);The platelet aggregation rate of the two groups was 34.71± 5.18% in the study group, lower than 43.14± 6.83% in the reference group (t=6.220, P=0.001) (P<0.05). The maximum ADP aggregation time of the study group was 157.52±78.79s higher than that of the reference group (72.56±34.53s), and the difference was statistically significant (T =6.246, P=0.001) (P<0.05). The maximum ADP aggregation rate between the two groups was 154.86± 76.98% higher in the study group than 40.46± 10.17% in the reference group (t=9.318, P=0.001) (P<0.05). The average quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Vas, SAS, SDS and JOA scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The sleep quality of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
