Clinical Effect of Sildenafil Combined with Alveolar Surfactant in the Treatment of Neonatal Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of sildenafil combined with alveolar surfactant in the treatment of neonatal persistent pulmonary hypertension. Methods: in order to better the content of the research on the comparison, this experiment will adopt the way of random number table method (January 2020 to December 2020) persistent pulmonary hypertension after cure in our divided into two groups, 50 cases of alveolar surface active substances in treatment, while in the process of treatment of two groups of patients with drug use is the same, However, there was a certain difference in dose. Twenty-five of these patients were taken as the control group in this study, and in the process of treatment, patients were treated with increased low-dose sildenafil. The remaining 25 patients were selected as the study group and treated with a high dose of sildenafil. Secondly, in the process of the study of the selected patients, the current physical condition of the selected patients should be examined and understood, and the appropriate dose of treatment should be selected for the patients according to their specific conditions. There was no significant difference in arterial blood gas index and PAP level before treatment (P > 0.05), but there was significant difference in each index level after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the newborn children with persistent pulmonary hypertension using small doses or by a combination of large dose of sildenafil alveolar surface active material treatment, all have certain effect, but large doses used sildenafil, better clinical effect, in children improve arterial blood gas index, PAP levels effect is more outstanding, the combination way to actively promote significance in clinic.
