摘　　要：Objective: to explore the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion on osteoporosis, lumbar disc herniation syndrome and other pain patients. Methods: 50 patients with osteoporosis, lumbar disc herniation syndrome and other pain in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method (From January 2020 to December 2020). The control group received massage treatment, and the research group received thunder fire moxibustion. The clinical efficacy and pain were compared. Results: the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS score, ODI score and SF-36 score (P >0.05). After treatment, the sF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the other scores were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of routine treatment of osteoporosis, lumbar disc herniation syndrome and other pain patients, thunder fire moxibustion has ideal clinical efficacy, which can effectively relieve or relieve pain, improve the waist function and improve the quality of life. This therapy has positive promotion significance in clinical practice.
