Clinical Observation of Moxifloxacin Combined with Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘　　要：Objective: to treat elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with moxifloxacin combined with levofloxacin, and observe the clinical treatment after different treatment methods. Methods: cases were selected from January of 2018 to September of 2021. All the candidates were over 60 years old, and they were patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The grouping method was random number table, which was divided into the analysis group and the reference group, with a total of 200 people. All of them were divided into 100 people in each group. The reference group was treated with conventional therapy, and the analysis group was treated with moxifloxacin combined with levofloxacin. The curative rates of two groups of elderly COPD patients were analyzed and compared. Results: after treatment, the scores of blood gas indexes in the reference group were significantly lower than those in the analysis group. The indexes of pulmonary function (maximum expiratory flow rate (PEF), vital capacity per second (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC)) in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The effective rate of the analysis group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the analysis group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: moxifloxacin combined with levofloxacin can effectively improve the overall treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
