Analysis of Clinical Effect of Aripiprazole Combined with Quetiapine in Female Patients with Schizophrenia

摘　　要：Objective: to observe the clinical treatment status of female patients with schizophrenia and explore the clinical therapeutic effect of aripiprazole combined with quetiapine. Methods: 60 female patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the research group. The patients were treated with quetiapine alone, aripiprazole and quetiapine combined, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the patients were compared. 30 patients were taken as the control group in this study, and the treatment method used was quetiapine. The remaining 30 patients were taken as the research group of this study and were treated with aripiprazole combined with quetiapine. Before the study of the selected 60 patients, a certain understanding of the current physical condition of the patients should be made first, so as to avoid violating the medicines untouchable to large patients during the treatment of the patients and reduce the risks during the treatment of the patients. In addition, certain communication should be made with the patients and their families to ensure that the patients can choose the appropriate treatment method to carry out the corresponding treatment for the patients with the understanding of the research content and purpose. Results: the clinical effect of study group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The combined medication model has positive significance in clinical application. Therefore, in the process of treating patients with this kind of disease in the future, aripiprazole combined with quetiapine should be recommended and used as much as possible to treat the patients, to help the patients to deal with the pain brought by the disease in a short time to the greatest extent, and to further improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
