摘 要:Tibia transverse transport (TTT) is an innovative clinical therapy inspired by the theory of limb regeneration and functional reconstruction founded by the former Soviet scholar Dr. Ilizarov. The living tissue is continuously and stably stretched slowly to generate stress, the tissue regeneration capability is activated and strengthened, and the bone and the attached muscles, fascia, nerves and blood vessels grow synchronously. From the 2001 publication of Qulong's "Lateral Tibial Transposition and Angiogenesis for the Treatment of Thromboangiitis Obliterans", Chinese orthopedists have applied the TTT technology to the clinical treatment of vascular diseases of lower limbs and diabetic foot. It has been studied for 20 years, especially since 2015, the clinical research and experimental research of this TTT technology have entered a new stage of development and are also facing some confusion. The research progress on this related issue is summarized as follows.
