Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Cholecystectomy in Patients with Cholecystolithiasis and Acute Pancreatitis at Different Stages

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the clinical effects of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in patients with cholecystolithiasis and acute pancreatitis at different stages. Methods: 88 patients with cholecystolithiasis and acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research group. The research started in March 2018 and was completed in March 2020. The patients were divided into the experimental group of 44 cases and the conventional group of 44 cases by random number arrangement table method. The delayed LC operation was applied to the treatment of the conventional group and the early LC operation was applied to the treatment of the experimental group. The ratio of neutrophils, white blood cell count, peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets, urine amylase, serum amylase, alkaline phosphatase, alanyl aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels of each group of patients before and after operation were compared. Results: there was no significant difference in neutrophil ratio and white blood cell count between the two groups before and after operation (P > 0.05). The level of leukocyte count and neutrophil ratio before operation in the same group was higher than that after operation (P<0.05). Before operation, there was no significant difference in CD4+ and CD8+ levels between the two groups (P > 0.05). After operation, the CD4+ level in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the CD8+ level was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in levels of urine amylase, serum amylase and alkaline phosphatase between the two groups before and after operation (P > 0.05). The levels of urine amylase, serum amylase and alkaline phosphatase in the same group after operation were higher than those before operation (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of alanyl aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase between the two groups before and after the operation (P > 0.05).
