Research on the Intervention Effect of Collective Language Training on Children's Language Retardation

摘  要:Objective: to explore the effect of collective language training on children's language development retardation. Methods: From June 15, 2019 to June 15, 2021, 77 children with language development retardation admitted to our hospital were selected for experimental analysis. They were randomly paired by computer arrangement. 39 cases in the reference group were given one-to-one language training, 38 cases in the observation group were given collective language training, and the effect of language training was observed. Results: 2 cases of children in the observation group did not follow the language training, which was less than that in the reference group, and the compliance (94.74%) was higher than that in the reference group, the predicted value was p < 0.05;The family members of the observation group were more satisfied with the contents of language training and the profession of rehabilitation specialists than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Before the training, the two groups of children had homogeneity in terms of language, adaptability and personal social interaction. After the training, the two groups of children had higher scores in terms of language, adaptability and personal social interaction. The observation group had higher scores in terms of language, adaptability and personal social interaction than the reference group, with a predicted value of P<0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of collective language training can improve children's training compliance, language, adaptability and personal social ability. The training effect is significant, and the family members have high recognition, which is feasible.
