摘  要:With the development of the times, English is more and more popular in the world, and the purpose of education is to train more excellent talents for the future and development of the society, so English has become one of the required subjects for students to learn. In recent years, with the continuous development of education reform activities, the thorough implementation of English teaching plan reform under the background of core literacy plays an important role in improving students' English level. In addition, it has had a very broad impact on basic education reform. Present situation and subject of English education curriculum. Due to a series of subjective factors, the whole English teaching has great disadvantages. However, English curriculum reform based on the perspective of core literacy is the basic direction of Future English education and teaching activities. This paper mainly analyzes the difficulties and changes of school English teaching reform from the perspective of core literacy in detail.
