Study on Application of Indwelling Urethral Catheter with Double-lumen Balloon Catheter in Nursing after Cesarean Section

摘　　要：Objective: to study the effect of indwelling urethral catheter with double-chamber air-bag catheter in postoperative care of cesarean section. Methods: a total of 100 patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine catheterization nursing, and the observation group received double-chamber balloon catheter indwelling catheterization. The nursing quality of patients in the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results: the nursing quality of patients in the observation group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: in clinical cesarean section patients after surgery, patients with double-chamber balloon catheter indwelling catheter, not only can improve the patients' inherent cognition of nursing work, but also can effectively improve the quality of patients' clinical care. In the process of urethral catheterization for patients after surgery, the patients should be helped to fix the urinary catheter, so as to avoid skin damage in the process of urethral catheterization for patients, improve the safety of urethral catheterization, and avoid patients from suffering from complications after surgery, thereby having high clinical nursing safety. During the implementation of nursing, we should also according to the clinical situation of patients, to systematically explore the details of nursing, so as to conduct comprehensive care of patients, effectively improve the quality of life of patients at the same time, improve patients' awareness of nursing work, has high clinical value.
