Analysis of Pharmaceutical Intervention on Irrational Drug Use in Hospital by Pharmacy Department

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect and value of pharmaceutical intervention in pharmacy on irrational drug use in hospital. Methods: 60 patients treated in our hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. The included samples were divided into two groups according to the time period. The number of cases in a single group was 30. The control group (2020.07-2020.12, routine management) and the research group (2021.01-2021.06, pharmaceutical intervention in the pharmacy department) were set to compare the irrational drug use, the management of high-risk drugs by the staff of the pharmacy department and the score of pharmaceutical care quality. Results: the incidence of unreasonable drug use in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), such as drug specification and quantity error, improper dosage form and frequency, drug repetition or forgetting to take medication. The score of pharmacy staff in the research group on the management of high-risk drugs was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of pharmacists, executives and patients in the research group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). In the research group, the proportion of antibiotics prescriptions in outpatients (6.67%), the utilization rate of antibiotics in inpatients (30.00%) and the frequency of antibiotics in inpatients (23.33%) were lower than that in the control group (26.67%, 66.67%, 50.00%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: during the drug treatment in the hospital, paying attention to the pharmaceutical intervention in the pharmacy department can significantly reduce the incidence of irrational drug use in the hospital, the use proportion of antibiotics in outpatients and inpatients, improve the quality of high-risk drug management and drug service, and then promote the development and improvement of the work of the pharmacy department and hospital, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
