The Concept of "People-oriented" in the Management of Higher Vocational Colleges

摘　　要：With the development of China's social economy and the deepening of education reform, the people-oriented education concept has also been actually applied in the management of Chinese higher vocational colleges, and now it has been gradually specialized for the modern management concept. People-oriented in the current management concept of the students in higher vocational colleges, the overall quality of the management of the students can be realized. However, in the process of practical application, there are still some problems, which limit the application effect of the concept. Based on this, this paper focuses on the problem of people-oriented concept in the management of higher vocational colleges, and then proposes solutions to the problem, hoping to achieve better management of higher vocational colleges.
