摘　　要：Objective: to study the specific application effect of adopting continuous quality improvement in dermatology nursing management. Methods: 70 patients with skin diseases admitted from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects, and the two groups adopted different nursing methods, evaluated the nursing satisfaction of patients and the incidence of adverse events, and scored the nursing quality of care in the dermatology department of our hospital. Results: after the quality improvement, the incidence of adverse events decreased significantly, and the satisfaction of care was improved. Meanwhile, the study on the quality score of nursing in dermatology also found that the quality of nursing score was significantly improved. Conclusion: through continuous quality improvement project improvement mode, to optimize the content of nursing, improve the nursing quality and reduce adverse effects to the implementation of quality improvement project. Nursing staff themselves can constantly improve their working ability, improve their social responsibility, patients can also strive for hospital discharge as soon as possible, so the hospital should also constantly optimize the quality of nursing, as a long-term project.
