Clinical Observation of Bifidobacterium Combined with Pediatric Diarrhea

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of bifidobacteria in treating diarrhea in children. Methods: into our hospital in October 2019 to September 2021 for children with diarrhea 80 cases, random digital table is divided into research group, control group, each 40 cases, two groups of children diagnosed with diarrhea after the disease routine treatment, the control group to loose administration, study group also give bifidobacterium lactobacillus quadruple intervention, the two groups of children treatment effect, treatment and 3 days after immunoglobulin level, clinical treatment, treatment and 3 days before fecal test results for comparative analysis. Results: the efficacy of the study group was higher than the control group, the IgA and IgG levels were higher than the control group, and the time of dehydration correction, antipyretic, antidiarrhea and inpatient treatment were shorter than the control group. After 3 days of treatment, the lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacterium levels were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of bifidobacterium teads is very valuable in improving the treatment effect, promoting the improvement of immune function and improving the level of intestinal flora.
