摘　　要：Objective: malignant tumor is recognized as one of the most terrible and difficult diseases to treat in the world medical system. At present, the common methods to treat malignant tumors are radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery, etc., but radiotherapy and chemotherapy have large toxic side effects on patients, easy to cause a variety of adverse reactions.It was shown that tumor growth is dependent on neovascularization. Therefore, the clinical effect of recombinant human rh-Endostatin (Endostar, grace) and chemotherapy treatment in a variety of malignant tumors. Methods: the clinical study objects are from January 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital by imaging, histological or cytology diagnosis of malignant tumor patients, a total of 150 cases, including 21 patients with esophageal cancer, lung cancer patients, 28 patients, 22 oral cancer, 17 patients with gastric cancer, 23 patients with colon cancer. All patients were divided into two groups by parity number (75 in the single group and 75 in the combined group), A single group of cancer patients were given conventional chemotherapy therapy, The cancer group received recombinant human vascular endostatin (rh-Endostatin) on conventional chemotherapy, Endostar, Degree) Targeted treatment (7.5 mg / m2 (12., 105 U / m2) (YH-16) was injected into 500 ml saline at a concentration of 0.9%, Give once a day, Unistant-speed intravenous drip, The infusion time was 3 to 4 hours, Patient vital signs were closely monitored and recorded in detail. Treatment for 14 consecutive days, then stopped and interrupted for 7 days before the next cycle of treatment).After two cycles of treatment, the treatment effect was observed, including SAS (anxiety self-evaluation scale), SDS (depression self-evaluation scale) and a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of the treatment regimen.Quality of survival scores were observed in both groups after four cycles of treatment.
