摘  要:Objective: to study the relationship between pulmonary ground glass nodules and bronchi by multiple spiral CT. Methods: the initial time of this study was January 2018, and the deadline was June 2021. The 115 patients with multiple-layer spiral CT testing were selected as the study subjects. Results: the relationship between invasive adenocarcinoma and bronchial group 89.06,15.38% in preinvasive lesion and bronchial group, 55.81% in benign group (P <0.05);patients were related to V and only in the pre-invasive lesion group. Among the patients with invasive adenocarcinoma (I11,18,1,1, V0) and microinvasive adenocarcinoma (I2,6,8,6, and V1), The differences were all statistically significant (P <0.05);The number of patients detected in the invasive adenocarcinoma group was 18, It accounted for 26.87%, and the number of patients with pre-invasive lesions detected was 1, Accounting for 7.14%, the number of patients detected in the benign group was 4, Accounting for 9.30%;C is 52 ground glass nodules (50-% 75%), Among them, 47 invasive adenocarcinoma group detected 47, It accounted for 70.15%, and no number of cases were detected in the pre-invasive lesion group, Accounting for 0.00%, and the number of patients detected in the benign group was 4, Accounting for 9.30%, Correlation between intrafocal ground glass composition and bronchial type (r= -0.545, p=0.001).Conclusion: the connection between lung ground glass nodules and bronchi vary different types. The proportion of ground glass components in the lesion can provide more real and effective basis for clinical diagnosis of patients, which is worth promotion and application.
