Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Satisfaction of Midwife-led Family Members with Delivery

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of midwife-led family members with childbirth. Methods: from January 2021 to October 2021 in our hospital, 60 pregnant women were randomized, that is, control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30). Pregnant women in the control group used routine nursing intervention, and pregnant women in the observation group used midwife-led family companion delivery intervention based on the control group. Results: delivery time, delivery outcome, care satisfaction and pain degree were significantly better than the control group, with P <0.05. Conclusion: the midwife-led family companion delivery intervention method was highly effective.
