摘　　要：With the continuous reform of the education system, the head teacher's concept of class management should also be continuously improved. It is necessary to keep pace with the times and manage students' class activities in a more reasonable way. The people-oriented teaching management concept is a flexible management method. Through scientific guidance, it helps students to form the consciousness of independent management, reduces the difficulty of the head teacher's management, makes the class learning environment more harmonious, and promotes the good development of students.
